• We attempt (do our best) to work with other organizations to assist those who are not federal employees in this fight.  If we cannot directly assist you, we will gladly reach out to our fellow freedom loving orgs and ask they assist if possible.

• Currently, the mandate has an injunction on it, and is powerless. Our case was denied in the 5th circuit but we submitted and appeal for an en banc (full panel hearing) and are awaiting their response. This could take days or weeks before we get an answer. • September 9, 2021: Biden issues COVID vaccine mandate targeting federal employees and contractors. The original deadline for being vaccinated is Nov 22, 2021. That delay is pushed back amid employee/contractor resistance and legal challenges.  
   

• Jan 21, 2022: Judge Jeffrey Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District issues a preliminary federal injunction, blocking implementation of the mandate. Brown says the order poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the “liberty interests of employees who must choose between violating a mandate of doubtful validity or consenting to an unwanted medical procedure that cannot be undone.”
   

• April 7, 2022: A three judge panel rules 2-1 rule that federal employees must go through an administrative process before turning to the D.C. circuit, vacating Judge Brown’s injunction. 
   

• May 21, 2022: Feds for Medical Freedom asks for “en banc” review of April 7 decision, meaning a full review by the 17 judges on 5th circuit. They are joined in that request by America’s Frontline Doctors, Airline Employees for Health Freedom, and the New Civil Liberties Alliance. 
   

• June 28, 2022: Fifth Circuit agrees to en banc hearing – further delaying the implementation of the mandate which could have gone into effect in the near future. 
   

• September 13, 2022: En Banc hearing in front of 5th Circuit Court.
